FRIZONIA/CONAU have stablished a strategic alliance making the constitution of new society CF HVAC, with 50% of copartnership each company.

New society will be commercial instrument for both companies in the international market.

CONAU is a prestigious company of design and supply of ventilation system for technical spaces in naval industry.

This new project is a confirmation of export interesting for both companies.

CF HVAC have confirmed to be present in the following international exhibitions, along 2007:

• NOR-SHIPPING 2007, in Oslo (Norway): 12 – 15 June
• NEVA 2007, in ST. Petersburg (Russia): 24 – 27 September
• EUROPORT MARITIME 2007, in Rotterdam (Netherlands): 6 – 9 de November
