FRIZONIA gives an enormous value to training. We think it is an essential tool for reaching excellence and it helps us to maintain our remarkable position in the naval air conditioning and refrigeration sector.

FRIZONIA has a strong commitment with RDI and we have created an innovation department where we are developing new systems and technical support.

At the same time, we communicate our employees the trainings and webinars available in order to offer them the best recycling option.

Some courses are required by external entities such as clients, and the quality department makes it possible for FRIZONIA´s staff to receive it.

On the other hand, FRIZONIA collaborates with Universities on their internship programmes.
