Our focus on Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and After-sales Service is directly integrated into our Life Cycle Support (LCS) objectives. With a specialized team, we work tirelessly to maximize the availability and operational life of equipment, modernizing their capabilities and performance throughout their life cycle.
The objectives of Life Cycle Support (LCS) are to maximize the availability and operational life of the equipment, as well as to modernize its capabilities and performance during its life cycle.
To achieve this, FRIZONIA has a team of professionals in the HVAC and Refrigeration sector, and also has an area exclusively dedicated to this purpose, called the Integrated Logistics Support Area.
The services included in the LCS are:
Control Monitoring Validation
Life Cycle Cost | Obsolescence Management | FMECA
Preventive | Corrective | Predictive
Development of MTAs (Maintenance Technical Analysis). Creation of Scheduled Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Plans.
Identification of S&TE ("Support and Test Equipment")
Known as S&TE, these are the equipment necessary to perform maintenance and diagnostic tasks on the installation (HVAC System: manometer bridges, leak detectors, etc.)
LCRS ("List of Coded Recommended Spares") | Recommended Spares Onboard/Ashore | Management of Supplies/Spares
Spare Parts Purchase (LCRS): From the type of maintenance resulting from the MTA conducted and according to the identification/cataloging of the material (“Part Number”, manufacturer code, etc.)
